On December 1, 1981, the McDonnell Douglas MD-81 took off from  Brnik Airport on a chartered flight from Slovenia (at the time Yugoslavia) to Corsica capital city of Ajaccio with 173 Slovenian tourists and 7 crew members. The tourists were on a 1-day trip to Corsica. When Flight 1308 reached the airspace around Ajaccio’s CAmpo Dell Oro Airport, it entered a holding pattern, awaiting clearance to land. The atmosphere in the plane was relaxed, with everybody already thinking of the day of leisure awaiting them on Corsica. At some point, the co-pilot even let his young son enter the cockpit.

While in its holding pattern, the MD-81 was instructed to descend through the minimum holding altitude of 6,800 feet. Weather was bad, visibility was close to zero and the aircraft was descending into the fog. As it descended, its Ground proximity warning sistem gave off several audio warnings, prompting the crew to increase the engine thrust. After some delay, the crew eventually did pull up. Their efforts, however, proved futile, as one of the wings of Flight 1308 collided with the summit of Mt. San Pietro and broke off. The aircraft then went into an uncontrolled dive and violently crashed on the other side of the mountain. All 180 people aboard were killed. The time of the accident was approximately 8 a.m. local time. Rescue operations were initially hampered by the fact that the air traffic control in Ajaccio wrongly believed the crash site to be located over sea.

КРАТАК ОПИС УДЕСА
Пилот је вршио авиотретирање у рејону места Кикинда. Пилот је вршио полетање са летилишта
“29. Новембар“, у курсу ка северу, али како није успео да преведе авион у пењање, одлучио је да
прекине полетање. При прекиду полетања дошло је до излетања авиона са полетно-слетне стазе
и ротирања авиона око попречне осе на леђа.
ВЕРОВАТНИ УЗРОК УДЕСА
Вероватни узрок удеса је прекорачење максималне дозвољене масе авиона у полетању.

Fotografije sa MAsters of Miniatures. Takmicenje je odrzano u senti 4 septemra 2010 god, u holu pozorista.  Solidan broj maketa , odlicna atmosfera kao i uvek i puno poznatih ljudi iz sveta maketarstva iz cele Srbije kao i iz inostranstva. Kvalitet uradjenih maketa je bio na zavidnom nivou. Vise je nego ocigledno da ce sencenje i vedering biti hit ove jeseni na uradjenim avionima , tenkovima i brodovima. Internet je cudo! Vreme nas je posluzilo pa smo posetili i cardu na Tisi sto se moze videti na fotografijama.Olicno mesto i jos bolja riba. Nazalost vidikovac je bio zatvoren . Prijatno iznenadjenje su bile brosure  sa znamenitostima i spomenicima  Sente kojih ima poprilicno. Pored upornog traganja  nisam uspeo da nadjem tu brosuricu na Srpskom jeziku.Opredelio sam se za onu na engleskom jer slabo divanim Madjarski . Sve u svemu prekrasan maketarski hepening. Yugoslav Airlines Flight 367 was a Mc donell Douglas Dc-9  aircraft (registration YU-AHT) which exploded shortly after overflying  Hermsdorf, East germany, while en route from Stockholm  to Belgrade on 26 January 1972. The aircraft, piloted by captain Ludvig Razdrih, broke into two pieces and spun out of control, crashing near the village of  Srbska Kamenica in Czehoslovakia  (now the Czech republik). 27 of 28 of those on board were killed upon ground impact; but one crew member,Vesna Vulovic, survived.
